This extension is based off of work for two of End Point’s clients is described more at End Point’s blog. It uses Spree’s 0.11.* coupon system to create and manage gift certificates. Upon checkout, coupons are created if purchased and updated if used. A backend management configuration exists for easy Gift Certificate variant creation.
