Advanced Calculators

This extension provide set of advanced calculators, to calculate Coupons and/or Shipping costs based on several buckets/ranges, with different amount each.

Currently 3 calculators are provided, that calculate based on:
- Weight of variants
- Total quantity
- Total item price

Each calculator can have arbitrary number of ranges defined.
